Homes and Association
The Fox Hills community was developed in the late 1960's and early 1970's. Homes average 2,200 square feet and include fully landscaped colonials, tri-levels, ranches and quad-level homes on 1/3+ acre sized lots. Individual homes have some or many of the following amenities:
- 4,5 or 6 bedrooms
- first floor laundry
- hardwood floors
Many residents have added additions and done major renovations to the interior and exterior of their homes.
The Homeowners Association consists of a Board of Directors elected by residents. The Board meetings are posted on the website calendar; they discuss community concerns and manage the business of the subdivision.
Fox Hills is a popular community in Bloomfield Township which consists of

Fox Hills is located in North Oakland County off Opdyke Road between Square Lake Road to the south and South Boulevard to the north.
Fox Hills is a great place to live for the young and the young at heart. Families, singles and empty-nesters all call Fox Hills home. Fox Hills is conveniently located near the Centerpoint Business Campus and Chrysler World Headquarters and Technology Center. There are many restaurants, entertainment, golf courses, hospitals/health centers, shopping and universities nearby. Fox Hills affords easy access to I-75, M-59, Telegraph Road and Woodward Avenue.
Public, private and parochial schools are available to Fox Hills children.
