About Max Sneyd:
The President shall be the principal executive of the Association and in general supervise all the business and affairs of the Association, perform all duties incident to the office of President, and such other duties as may be prescribed by the Board from time to time. The President shall preside at all meetings of the Members and of the Board, and shall, to the extent practicable, seek consensus and encourage civil discussion, based upon Robertís Rules of Order. In the absence of the President at any meeting of the Members or the Board, the President shall appoint another Officer to preside over the meeting. Any person acting in the Presidentís absence shall have all the rights and duties of the President. There is no budgetary consideration for this position.
