Welcome to the Wingate Estates District Association Website

Wingate Estates is a quiet community located in Viera, Florida. We have 206 beautiful homes, a clubhouse with large lap pool, park, and an elementary school within walking distance. Wingate Estates is centrally located to the Brevard Zoo, many businesses, numerous golf courses and malls, including The Avenue Viera, Merritt Square Mall and Melbourne Square Mall. Our community is only a 45-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport and approximately one hour from Disney World, Sea World, Universal and many other attractions.

Annual Meeting

In a couple of months our Annual District Annual Meeting and elections will be upon us. There are four Director positions who's terms are expiring. Please consider volunteering to stand for election to one of these positions. Your neighborhood needs your help and the work is relativetly easy. Neighborhood Watch Program

Thank you to everyone who has shown interest in participating in the Wingate Estates Neighborhood Community Watch program. We will be holding a follow-up  meeting soon. Please contact Scott Richter (see Board Members link at left) if you will be coming to this meeting. Refreshment will be served and children are welcome.
