If you do not have a key to the pool,

please contact Dani Coronado at SBB Management.

 If you have lost your key, replacement keys are available for $50.00

The Sprinklers will run once per week per Frisco Water Restriction Guideliness.  

Please see Announcement page for more information.  The sprinklers run on Tuesday mornings.

  Information Regarding Maintenance of your Townhome and Your Community 

 The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to remind homeowners of a few items in regard to maintenance of your home.  They are requesting the assistance of each owner/resident with some of the most common maintenance issues in your community.  Although some may seem minor, when neglected, they each make a dramatic impact on the appearance of the neighborhood.  See the "Documents" page of this website for more information.
