SHA IMPORTANT FRIENDLY REMINDERS
Please drive safely throughout our community as our children are walking to school, neighbors are out walking, and wild animals are crossing the streets.
Please obey the community speed limits. Please be mindful of the bulk pick up guidelines, dumpsters and backyard noise.
Do not feed the wild animals as this is not good for their natural existence and it creates an expectation, by the animals, that they can get food at homes in our community. This has caused situations where wild animals have confronted neighbors and have tried to enter homes to get food.
DATES FOR BRUSH AND BULK ITEM REMOVAL
Here's a link to the City of Scottsdale site for brush and bulk item weeks and map (http://www.scottsdaleaz.gov/recycle/brushmap.asp)
SHA is in the Bell Road to Cholla Area.
Have all of your brush and bulk items at the curbside by 5 AM. Do not place your items curbside more than 3 days prior to the week of pickup.

Remember, there are 11 paint colors as well as corresponding trim colors to update your home! Contact our Community Manager, Mary Ernst, at mernst@associatedasset.com , to find out the latest colors and obtain approval.
We have posted a document (When to paint your home) to the Community Documents page describing the benefits and responsibilities for painting your home. Please read this. To answer a recurring question, the Board and the Architectual Committee is not empowered to enact any variances. The painting regulations are dictated by the HOA's CC&Rs and the Articles of Incorporation. The homeowner is obligated to paint the mailbox and all gates/walls facing any HOA street with one of the three (3) original colors.
