The Royden Oaks Association of Property Owners

 Royden Oaks is a great place to live. We are a family neighborhood and the Association provides a Security Patrol-staffed by certified peace officers working for Harris County, twice weekly backdoor garbage pickup, mosquito spraying during the summer, and we also maintain the esplanades on Willowick adjacent Royden Oaks. Funding for these services is paid for via your assessments/dues, which are currently set at $1,500 per year. A quarterly payment plan is available upon written request.

Night Out:  Tues. Oct. 3, 2017 

Celebrate Night Out on Oct. 3. Turn on your porch lights and take to the streets to meet neighbors and stamp out crime from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.  If you are  interested hosting a gathering for your block, Please contact the office and we'll help you get the word out.

Celebrate Night Out in Royden Oaks on Tuesday, October 3rd. Night Out is a national event to bring neighbors together to promote awareness, safety and unity against crime. Turn on your porch lights and gather with your neighbors. Party hosts are needed. Contact the office if you are able to host a party.

Constable Patrol:  Precinct 1 deputies are on duty 24 hours a day and provide regular and random patrol in the neighborhood by patrol car. Vacation watch service is provided to all Royden Oaks neighbors. Submit a vacation watch request  to the dispatch office, or call the officer on duty and inform him you will be out of town and they will pick up your newspapers and provide special attention during that time.

Please call our Patrol if you see anything out of the ordinary.  Call the officer in the patrol car on his cell phone - 713-594-1358.  If the officer does not answer the cell phone, call the main Dispatch # (713 -755-7628) and an Officer will be dispatched. 

BACK DOOR Garbage AND Recycling Collection- Regular trash is collected each Tuesday and Friday at the back door by Republic Services Inc..  Recycling is collected each Monday.  Yard clippings may be placed near the back door or at the curb.  In accordance with city ordinances, yard clippings and other trash may not be placed at the curb until after 6 p.m. the night before scheduled collection.  Limbs and branches may be more than 4' long and must be tied and bundled. Click on Trash Pickup for Recycling information and missed trash pickup. Heavy trash is collected each on Friday, at the curb.

 Building Plan Approvals - Any new construction, remodel that involves changing the exterior dimensions of a home, pool or fence construction must receive Association approval to be in compliance with our Deed Restrictions and Architectural/Construction Guidelines which can be found under the DOCUMENTS TAB on this website. Homeowners should submit plans to the following, along with the designated fee:

The fee for new home construction plan review is $300. The fee for remodel plan review  is $200. Pool/Fence plan review fee is $125.  These fees are to be paid directly to the architectural firm at the time plans are submitted for review. 

Misc. Administrative Fees
