Magnolia Lakes is more than just a subdivision, it’s a community.  Consisting of 270 homes, Magnolia Lakes is big enough for folks to stretch, but close enough to build the sort of community atmosphere that makes it a great place to live.  In addition to well-maintained houses and a community spirit, Magnolia Lakes also offers to its residents a beautiful Park and Lake complete with common area, playground, and Pavilion, not to mention some choice fishing. 

In the near future, the Magnolia Lakes Homeowners Association plans to upgrade the Park’s playground equipment and add more sidewalks to the Park’s common area, further enhancing the benefits of being a member of the Magnolia Lakes community.  The Homeowners Association, and our homeowners, strive to keep our neighborhood looking its best and have created a wonderful safe place for children to play, adults to relax, and everyone feels at home.
