Magnolia Lakes Subdivision is located in Olive Branch, Mississippi, south of Hwy 302, off of Hacks Cross Road. Magnolia Lakes consists of 270 homes. Our neighborhood is governed by Magnolia Lakes Homeowner's Association.

Magnolia Lakes offers a common area which includes a lake, pavilion, and park. In the near future, the Homeowner's Association will upgrade the playground equipment and sidewalks in our common area. Magnolia Lakes Homeowner's Association strives to keep our neighborhood looking its best.
