Drummond Lane -- One Way
Over the years we’ve had problems with two-way traffic on both sides of the island on Drummond Lane. With moving vans, buses, UPS, FedEx, etc., it’s just too dangerous. In fact, we’ve had several close calls with head-on collisions.
The Town of Stallings APPROVED our request in December and we have purchased the signs to make Drummond Lane One Way operational. The signs will be installed WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 8TH. Thanks to everyone involved in making Callonwood Townhomes a safer place to live and this project successful.

Gloomy Scale insect impacting maple trees in Callonwood
Many homeowners have inquired about Gloomy Scale, an insect affecting some maple trees in the community. Click here for a pdf with more information.

Homeowners Association Board of Directors Meetings
The Homeowners Association BOD meets on the last Thursday of each quarter at 7pm in the Clubhouse, subject to change. Please refer to the Calendar page (on our top menu) for confirmed dates. All residents are urged to attend. Residents who have a concern and wish to speak at the meeting must be placed on the agenda by contacting our Management Company.

Community Suggestion Box
A Suggestion Box is now available at the Clubhouse door for use by residents as an additional method to communicate with the HOA Board of Directors.
Union County Sheriff's Office
For our Union County neighbors, Map Nimbus is a new crime mapping program which allows you to quickly and easily find out what crimes are occurring in your area. You may also change the category to "Sex Offender" and locate sex offenders in your area.
Help is needed for the following committees:
(1) Clubhouse (2) Pool (3) Park and Recreation (4) Social
Please remember that a Home Owners Association can only be as good and responsive to the needs of the community as measured by the participation of its residents.
