Construction off of Callonwood Drive

You may have noticed the construction and land clearing taking place off of Callonwood Drive near Stonedown Lane.
The board was just informed of this project on February 18, 2016 and are in close discussions with our attorney and the developer regarding the project.
A subdivision of approximately 40 homes is being planned.
The board plans to meet with our attorney and the developer within 2 weeks to gather more information and voice our concerns.
We also plan to hold a Town Hall meeting with the community once we have all details.  Please check your email and the website, in the coming weeks for the date and time of the town hall meeting.
In the meantime, please do not trespass onto this land or remove any surveying flags or stakes.

If you have any questions or concerns to address regarding this, please email

Thank you,
Callonwood HOA Board of Directors
