2012 Annual Meeting

This is a business meeting and we respectfully request only adult homeowners attend.

**Win a year of HOA dues**  Two lucky homeowners will be drawn and must be present at meeting or have returned their proxy by 12PM January 30th to win.

Two Board positions are up for election this year.  The election will be held during this meeting and nominations will be taken from the floor.  We also are seeking someone to volunteer to fill the vacant Social Chairperson position.

Your attendance in person or by proxy is very important.  In order for the Association to conduct official business, 30% of the members (60 households) must be represented.  If at 7PM the meeting is called to order and the above quorum is not met, the meeting will be adjourned and a second meeting will be immediately called to order.  The quorum requirement will be reduced to 15% (30 households) per the HOA documents.
